The Scottish Parliament, or as it is commonly called the Holyrood Palace of Banter, is the legislative body of Scotland. Located in the heart of Edinburgh, this government institution is a hub of serious business, high-level debates, and of course, tons of laughter and mischief.

The Scottish Parliament was established in 1998, after a referendum in which Scots got a chance to vote for their own Parliament.
