Stillbirth is a term used to describe the unfortunate and tragic event of a baby being born without any signs of life. Now, before you start furrowing your brows, let’s remember that this article is titled “humorous encyclopedia article”. So, brace yourselves for some tasteful humor.

Stillbirth is the ultimate form of tardiness. The baby is so comfortable in the womb that he decides to stay there for eternity. Imagine the poor mother arranging baby clothes, making crib decorations, and buying new toys, only for her baby to be fashionably late with no intention of showing up.
