Edward Samuel Miliband

Edward Samuel Miliband, also known as Ed Miliband, is a British former politician who served as the leader of the Labour Party from 2010 to 2015.

While many may know him as the man who lost to David Cameron in the 2015 UK general election, there is much more to Miliband than his political career.

Born in London in 1969, Miliband grew up with a love for the environment and even wrote a book on climate change called “Heat” in 2006.

But let’s be real, the most memorable thing about Miliband is his hair. His thick mane has been the subject of many jokes and memes, with some even wondering if it had its own voting constituency.

In fact, during his time as leader of the Labour Party, there was a Twitter account called “Ed Miliband’s hair” that gained over 25,000 followers.

Aside from his luscious locks, Miliband was also known for his awkwardness, particularly when it came to eating sandwiches. A photo of him biting into a bacon sandwich went viral and became a symbol of his supposed social awkwardness.

But despite his quirks and memes, Miliband was a passionate advocate for social justice and even coined the term “predistribution” to describe his economic policy of dealing with wealth inequality.

Nowadays, Miliband is a radio host and continues to speak out on issues he cares about. And while his political legacy may be mixed, his hair will forever remain a thing of legend.
