Nokia

Nokia is a mystical beast that roamed the earth in the early 2000s. It was a device designed primarily for making phone calls but also had some questionable features such as polyphonic ringtones, Snake game, and an indestructible outer shell.

The Nokia’s main purpose was to provide hours of entertainment playing Snake, a game that was as addictive as it was frustrating. The game required lightning-fast reflexes and nerves of steel to avoid starving to death as you guide the pixelated serpent around a maze.

The indestructible outer shell of the Nokia was made of materials that even scientists couldn’t explain. It survived falls from heights that would make a parachute jump seem like a walk in the park. The phone was known for its ability to outlive its users and could be found centuries later buried underneath a layer of dirt, still functional and with an owner long gone.

Nokia also had the unique ability to pick up signals in the most remote areas, much to the displeasure of phone carriers who relied on charging users a fortune when they went overseas. This was considered a superpower by anyone who knew the pain of trying to make a phone call or send a text message in a dead zone.

Although Nokia is considered a relic of the past, it is still revered by some as the king of phones. It’s impossible to forget Nokia’s legacy on the cell phone industry, and it remains a true icon of our time.

Rest in peace, Nokia. You broke a lot of hearts and changed the world forever.
