Romania
Welcome to Romania - the land of Dracula, peasants, and corona!
History
Romania was founded in 1866 as a way for the people living in this area to finally have a name for their everlasting confusion about what country they belong to. It was created by the union of Wallachia and Moldavia under the rule of an actual Prince, who was rumored to bite people’s necks and sleep in coffins. This gave birth to the legend of Dracula, making Romania a top destination for goths and vampire enthusiasts alike.
Culture
Romania’s culture is one of the most colorful in the world, with traditional dances like the “Bear Dance” where people dress up in bear costumes and chase each other around. Their cuisine is also a hit among those who enjoy sausages made from horse meat, tripe soup, and pickled cabbage. It’s a good thing they got immunity from the corona by using garlic in everything they eat.
Geography
Romania is located in Eastern Europe, right between Ukraine and Hungary, which is perfect for when they need to hide from the rest of the world like they did for the past 50 years during communism. The Carpathian Mountains run through the center of the country, and it’s always a good sightseeing spot, except for when there’s a full moon and all the werewolves come out.
Conclusion
If you want to experience living among vampires, enjoy eating strange meat and vegetables, and dance like you’re wearing a bear costume - then Romania is the right place for you. Just remember to carry plenty of garlic with you to ward off the coronavirus or a vampire that you might encounter.
